using software to organize and keep track of things

My latest fad to keep on track of things has been Dropbox and Evernote.

i use Dropbox for storing my files and pics etc and be able to access them anywhere i want.

it can be installed on a computer/mac and almost any mobile device and i use it on my Samsung Galaxy S with android.

Evernote is similar but a means to create an instant note pic of recording and have it stored and be available anywhere just like Dropbox is.

two handy apps/programs i use daily to keep track and organised.
